Password advice
Strong passwords - It is very important that you select a strong password. Strong passwords are made up of letters (a-z and A-Z) numbers. We would certainly recommend not using dates of birth or children's names. If you do, then use numbers instead of letters so "colin" may become "c0l1n" for instance. Simply changing an "o" to a "0" or "i" to a "1" makes a password a lot more secure.
Why we change your password - From time to time we enforce a global password change by running a program on the server. This means that when you try and login to your site your existing details will fail. Just request the passord to be sent you you via the "Forgotten password" button on the login page. Ths system will then send you your new password to your email address. We strongly recommend that you login and change this straight away as email communication is not secure.
